The cookies this shop uses
There are three, and no others. There is no advertising, no audience measurement and no third-party cookies on this site.
afc_toque
Marks the browser of someone who arrives through a partner link, so a purchase can be counted to whoever brought it. It is a random number: it does not carry your name, your email or your network address, and it opens nothing.
Lasts 210 days. It is only created if you open the site through a partner link.
afc_conversa
Links you to the conversation you opened in the support box, so you can read the replies when you come back.
Lasts 30 days. It is only created if you open the support box.
afrochip_session
This is the cookie that makes the shop work: it holds the basket, the step of the purchase, and the session of whoever signed in to their account.
Lasts two hours without use. Buying is not possible without it.
You can delete them at any time in your browser settings. If you delete the first one, a purchase can no longer be counted to the partner who gave you the link; if you delete the third, the basket empties.
The data we keep
We keep what is needed to deliver your eSIM, to invoice you and to answer you.
- From the purchase: name, email, phone and, if you ask for an invoice with a tax number, that number. The eSIM reaches you by email.
- From support: the messages you write to us in the chat box or on WhatsApp.
- From partners: name, company, email, phone and country, plus the clicks on the link and the commissions. We hold nobody's bank details.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not pass it to advertisers. We do not store card numbers: the payment method you choose is the one that charges you, and card details never pass through us.
Asking for a copy, a correction or deletion
Write to us and say what you want. You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted — we keep only what the law requires us to keep about an invoiced sale.
